Summary

• IT Lead at the Tzu Chi Foundation in Hualien, Taiwan, since 2023. I lead a team of 5–8 and run projects from requirements to launch. Working since 2019.
• I build the foundation’s public websites, the open-source Rust backend that runs 6 of its sites and tools (drust), and AI tools that cite their sources and keep data in-house.
• AI-native: spec → plan → implement → review with Claude Code. Certified MOEA iPAS AI Application Planner (2026).
